摘　　要：精准扶贫亟须加强统筹协调,在内容、方法、机制等方面不断优化完善,从6个层面进行转型升级:一是注重城市扶贫与农村扶贫的统一运筹,二是注重国内扶贫与国际扶贫的综合协调,三是注重各产业各行业精准扶贫的联合推进,四是注重制度安排、社会氛围、技术推广、精神心理、经济结构的系统提升,五是注重脱贫与防返贫的齐头并进,六是注重精准扶贫与重大风险、污染防治的联合攻坚。It is imperative to strengthen coordinated transformation and upgrading in precise poverty alleviation,optimize it in terms of content,methods and mechanisms,and carry out transformation and upgrading from six aspects：First,pay attention to the unified operation of urban poverty alleviation and rural poverty alleviation;Second,focus on comprehensively coordinating domestic poverty alleviation and international poverty alleviation;Thirdly,we should pay attention to the joint promotion of precision poverty alleviation in all industries.Fourth,we should pay attention to systematic promotion of institutional arrangements,social atmosphere,technology promotion,spiritual psychology and economic structure.Fifth,we should focus on getting rid of poverty and preventing poverty from returning to the ground.Sixth,Focus on joint fortification of precision poverty alleviation and major risks pollution prevention.
