不同高粱品系种子萌发及芽期生长耐盐性分析

摘　　要：为比较高粱种子在萌芽期的耐盐性,以6个高粱恢复系为研究对象,根据种子在不同盐浓度下的相对发芽势、相对根长、相对芽长、相对发芽率,综合评价其萌芽期耐盐性。试验结果表明,萌芽期耐盐性由小到大依次为:L2R、晋梁5号、0-30、三尺三、R111、1383-2。In order to compare salt tolerance of sorghum seed at stages in germination, 6 sorghum restorer lines were taken as object of study. According to seed relative germination potential, relative root length, relative germinal length and relative germination rate at different salinity, this paper made comprehensive assessment of salt tolerance at stages in germination. The test results showed that : Salt tolerance at stages in germination from small to large was: L2R, Jinliang No.5, 0-30, Sanchisan, R111, 1383-2.
