摘　　要：根据保护性耕作推广实践,总结保护性耕作技术在改善土壤团粒结构、培育"海绵田"、增加土壤微生物数量方面的作用,论述保护性耕作是培育健康土壤的最佳途径,为推广应用保护性耕作技术提供参考。According to extension practice of conversation tillage, this paper summarized the effect of conversation tillage technology on improving soil granular structure, cultivation 'mellow-soil field' and increasing microbial population in soil, and discussed that conversation tillage is the best way to cultivate healthy soil, in order to provide reference for popularization and application of conversation tillage technology.
