铜模浇铸阳极板适宜条件浅析

摘　　要：介绍了回转式阳极炉的生产工艺流程,根据待料/进料、氧化、扒渣、还原、浇铸等不同的生产阶 段的生产情况,对使用铜模浇铸阳极板的部分适宜条件进行了简要分析,并针对生产过程中常见故障提出了 相应的解决措施.The paper introduces the production process flow of rotar^^ anode furnace, according to production conditions in the different production stages （including materials waiting/feeding, oxidation, slagging-off, reduction and casting）, the paper makes a brief analysis on many optimum conditions of anode plate by copper mold casting, and puts for^-ard the corresponding measures on the common failures in production.
