摘　　要：从云南锡业股份有限公司100 k t /a铜冶炼项目沉降电炉热管锅炉的应用实例出发,阐述了热 管锅炉的主要技术参数、工作原理及技术优势,并以此项目的成功应用分析热管锅炉的积灰机理和清灰 方式.Starting from the application example of electric settling furnace heat pipe boiler of Yunan Tin Group 100kt/a coppersmelting project,the paper describes the main technical parameters,working principles and technical advantages of heat pipe boiler,and analyzes the ash deposition mechanism and method of ash removal according to the successful application of this project.
