城市规划中土地利用的生态适宜度评价

摘　　要：为了促进区域经济、社会、环境协调发展,本评价采用因子加权评分法,对西安某研究区的土地利用进行生态适宜度分析;借助Mapinfo工具,对城市规划中土地开发适宜度进行分析,并分别建立城市规划中工业用地、居住用地生态适宜度评价指标体系及模型。所得生态适宜度评价结果与该研究区土地利用规划基本一致。同时提出了相关建议,为城市规划和管理提供科学、合理的依据,在一定程度上有助于加强生态环境建设,促进经济快速发展。To promote harmonious development of the regional economy,society and environment,the factor weighted method is applied in the assessment to analyze the ecological suitability of the land utilization in the study zone in Xi＇an. With help of Mapinfo,the suitability of land development in the urban planning is analyzed as well as the assessment system and model for the ecological suitability of lands for industries and residences in the urban planning are built respectively. The assessing accomplishment of the ecological suitability is in compliance with the land utilization plan of the study zone. Meanwhile,comments are provided the urban planning and management with scientific and rational basis. This benefits to enhance ecological environment construction and promote economic development speedily.
