山西省钢铁工业园区循环化改造研究

摘　　要：目前,山西省钢铁工业园区存在产业链条短、废物排放量大、技术协同能力不足、自主创新能力不强等问题,制约着循环经济的发展。因此结合太原不锈钢产业园区、曲沃生态工业园区和侯马冶金铸造生态工业园区循环经济发展的实际,阐释了单核共生、多核共生和平等共生等产业共生模式,进而提出了促进园区循环经济发展的对策和措施。At present, there are some problems in Shanxi iron and steel industrial park, such as short industrial chain,large amount of waste emissions, lack of technical synergy ability, weak independent innovation ability and so on,which restrict the development of circular economy. Combined with circular economy development of Taiyuan stainless steel industrial park and Quwo eco-industrial park and Houma metallurgical casting eco-industrial park, this paper explains the mononuclear symbiosis, polynuclear symbiotic and equal symbiosis industrial symbiosis mode, and puts forward strategies and measures to promote the development of circular economy park.
