摘  要:利用IPP计算机分析软件对高速连铸连轧AA5053合金熔体中的夹杂情况进行了研究,包括熔体中的夹杂面积、夹杂物粒径的分布规律,发现炉口处夹杂物含量较高,然后经过SNIF除气和CFF过滤处理后夹杂物含量明显降低,夹杂物平均直径越小,随之数量越多;还研究了细化剂Al5Ti B对熔体质量的影响,包括夹杂形貌、流动性和金相组织,随着细化剂的加入,熔体中夹杂数量增多,平均尺寸减小,晶粒细化效果明显,流动性显著提高。The melt inclusions situation including the distribution law of inclusion area and inclusion size of high-speed continuous casted and rolled AA5052 aluminum alloy sheet was researched by using IPP computer analysis software. The inclusion content is higher at the fire door, but it decreased obviously after the processing SNIF and CFF.The smaller the average diameter of inclusions, the more the number of inclusions. Effects of Al5 Ti B refiner on melt quality such as inclusion morphology, mobility and metallographic structure were also researched. With the addition of refiner, the number of inclusions in melt increase, the average size decreased, the grain refinement effect is obvious,and the mobility improved significantly.
