摘 要:研究了Pb^(2+)质量浓度在10,20,30,40和50mg/L时对黑斑蛙(Rana nigromaculata)胚胎期及Pb^(2+)质量浓度在0.07,0.30,1.00mg/L时对黑斑蛙蝌蚪期生长发育的影响.结果表明,Pb^(2+)对胚胎期的毒性于孵化期和开口期表现显著,其余各期毒性不如这两期明显.Pb^(2+)能影响黑斑蛙胚胎期和蝌蚪期的生存率,对蝌蚪的生长发育具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),但组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);同时质量浓度为30,40,50mg/L时会导致孵化期胚胎畸形,致畸率50mg/L质量浓度水平最高(4.41%),40mg/L水平次之(3.33%),30mg/L水平最低(2.39%).各质量浓度水平均导致蝌蚪头部泡状膨大、"S"型尾和形体较小(为正常体长的0.50-0.67)等,致畸率1.00mg/L质量浓度水平最高(2.25%),0.30mg/L水平次之(2.00%),0.07mg/L水平最低(0.50%).并对致毒原因进行了初步分析.Study on toxicity of Pb^(2+)(at 10,20,30,40 and 50 mg/L)to embryos of Rana nigromaculata.and Pb^(2+) at 0.07,0.30,1.00 mg/L to larvae of rananigromaculatafor show to their growth influence.The result showed that the toxicity of Pb^(2+) is higher to embryos during hatching and mouth open stages,while it is lower to other stages.In addition,the rana nigromaculata embryonic period and the tadpole time survival rate is effected by Pb^(2+),the embryo and tadpole's growth is inhibitory action obviously(P<0.01),but group difference not remarkable(P>0.05);Simultaneously the mass concentration at 30,40,50 mg/L causes the hatching period embryo to be abnormal,the unbalanced rate at 50 mg/L mass concentration level is highest(4.41%),at 40 mg/L is lower(3.33%),at 30 mg/L is lowest(2.39%).Various mass concentration water causes the tadpole forehead to soak the shape equally to expand,'S'the tail and the physique is small(for normal body long 0.50-0.67)and so on,the unbalanced rate at1.00 mg/L is highest(2.25%),0.30 mg/L is lower(2.00%),0.07 mg/L is lowest(0.50%).Finally,the cause of toxice effect of Pb^(2+)to early development is analyzed in the paper.
