粤北《国家学生体质健康标准》测试存在问题及解决途径——以韶关为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、实地调研法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对韶关《国家学生体质健康标准》测试存在问题及解决路径进行了探讨.结果显示:(1)韶关《国家学生体质健康标准》测试存在资金投入不足、缺乏详细具体的配套规章制度、宣传力度偏小、数据信度较低、"测试"与"评价"工作相脱节等问题;(2)要解决韶关《国标》测试存在的问题,应该加大资金投入,建立体质测试专项基金;,加强监督工作,确保测试数据准确等.By means of document analysis, fieldwork and expert interviewing, this paper analyzes the existing problems and solution of National Student Physical Health Standard test in Shaoguan. The results show there are a few problems such as short of funds, lack of specific and detailed documents and publicizing, low data reliability and disconnection between test and evaluation. To solve these problems, suggestions are put forward for establishing special fund, drawing up some specific regulations, strengthening publicity and supervision.
