摘　　要：应用酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)和双肽氨基肽酶Ⅳ(DAP Ⅳ)细胞化学方法观察了人集落刺激因子(CSF)对ip环磷酰胺(Cy)小鼠外周血T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞的影响。结果表明,连续给药5d后,Cy和Cy+CSF两组T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞均出现迅速降低,而Cy+CSF组T淋巴细胞亚群降低的程度明显低于Cy组;药后d5,Cy+CSF和Cy组的T淋巴细胞绝对数分别降低为药前值的44％和25％;药后d7,Cy+CSF组的T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞绝对数分别比Cy组增高约38％,60％和45％。The effect of intraperitoneally injected human colony+stimulating factor (CSF) on peripheral T, TH and Ts lymphocytes in cyclo-phosphamide(Cy)-treated mice was observed cytochemically by acid phosphatase (ACP) and dipeptidylaminopeptidase (DAP IV). The results showed that after the successive ip of Cy and Cy+CSF for 5 d a rapid drop of T, TH and Ts lymphocytes was occurred in both groups, while the reduction of T lymphocyte subsets in Cy+CSF group was less evidentthan that in Cy group; on the d 5 after injection the absolute numbers of T lymphocytes in Cy+CSF and Cy groups were about 44 per cent and 25 per cent of the control level respectively; on the d 7 after injection T, TH and Ts lymphocytes in Cy+CSF group increased to about 38 per cent, 60 per cent and 45 per cent respectively compared with that in Cy group.
