摘  要:详细介绍了氧弹燃烧仪测定丙烯酸树脂和UV树脂两类常用树脂中微量总氯含量的方法,并对方法的可靠性进行验证。结果表明:所介绍方法适用于所述树脂微量总氯含量的测试,结果令人满意;测试操作过程可控,测定结果重现性好,推荐作为涂料工厂同类型树脂总氯含量测定的常规检验方法,对中小型涂料企业具有很强的实际借鉴意义。The determination of micro total chlorine content in two kinds of commonly used re s ins ,acrylic resin and UV resin by using oxygen bomb calorimeter was described and the reliability of the method was verified. The results showed that the method was applicable to the test of micro total chlorine content in resin. The test operation process could be controlled and the determination results had good reproducibility. It was recommended to be used as the routine inspection method for the determination of the total chlorine content in same kinds of resins for paint factory. It had a strong practical significance for small paint factories.
