摘　　要：以西安主城区为研究范围,通过大量的调查和资料搜集,探索西安建(构)筑物的病害特征、发生及形成原因,并对其在空间上的分布规律进行简要论述,使得人们对于西安主城区范围内的病害建筑有一定认识,防控病害建筑的发生与发展,减少不必要的人民生命及财产损失。The paper take Xi＇an city as the research scope,colleting a large number of data and investigation,which to explore urban architecture or building disease distribution of Xi＇an. Except that,the paper also finding out its distribution in space and briefly discussing. What＇s more,it making people have a certain understanding for urban architecture or building disease distribution of Xi＇an,and controlling or avoiding the disease＇s happen,meanwhile reducing unnecessary people＇s lives and property losses.
