摘  要:对山东滨州益丰生态林场的2年生接骨木家系进行调查和分析的结果表明:不同接骨木家系间的株高、分枝数差异极显著,地径差异不显著;株高、分枝数、地径两两间相关性差异极显著;在遗传性上株高、地径和分枝数3个生长性状均存变异,且地径遗传最稳定,分枝数遗传最不稳定;综合接骨木家系间性状分析,初步筛选出1-38、1-41、1-45、1-55、2-47、2-48、1-22等6个家系为优良家系,占参试家系总数的24%。Biennial Sambucus williamsii family in Yifeng Ecological forest of Binzhou Shandong was conducted a survey and analysis.The results showed that the branch and ground diameter of the different family had extremely significant difference, but the ground diameter had no significant difference; The three characters of Plant height, branch and ground diameter correlation extremely significant difference between each pair; there was a variability on Plant height, branch and ground diameter in heredities. The genetic stability of ground diameter was the most stable, and the branching genetic was the most unstable.Compared with the control group, 6 families were selected as superior families, accounting for 24% of the total number of families.
