摘 要:在北方冬季供暖期间,多数供暖企业都是以燃煤锅炉作为主要的供暖热源。现有的燃煤锅炉给煤装置都采用机械联合输送上煤的方式,导致煤从煤仓落入炉排面上,产生分布不均、燃烧不充分的现象,造成大量的能源浪费,污染了周边的环境。某物业公司燃煤锅炉房根据实际情况,通过使用节能型均匀混煤机,成功解决了上述问题,锅炉效率提高了4.70%,炉渣含碳量降低了8.14%,1年可节约燃煤约31 t,对其他供暖企业具有指导意义。In the northern winter heating, the majority of heating enterprises are coal-fired boilers as the main heating source. All the existing coal-fired boiler coal feeders use mechanical joint way to transport coal, which makes coal fall into the grate surface to result in uneven distribution, incomplete combustion phenomenon and consequently causes a lot of waste of energy and pollution of the surrounding environment. A coal fired boiler house of a property company successfully solved the above problems by using energy-saving uniform coal mixer according to its actual situation.The boiler efficiency is increased by 4.70%, the carbon content of the slag is reduced by 8.14%,and the coal consumption can be saved by about 31 t a year, which has guiding significance for other heating enterprises.
