摘  要:通过金相检测等手段对汽车大梁用钢B510L出现的批量延伸率不合的问题进行了分析。分析认为由于热轧工序卷取温度的波动造成部分钢卷局部位置卷取温度较低,进入贝氏体转变区,从而带钢局部区域出现一定量贝氏体组织以及由于粗轧温度过高,带钢四分之一断面处出现混晶,是造成B510L的延伸率偏低的原因。在生产中,通过采取增加Nb含量、提高中间坯厚度及提高卷取温度精度等技术措施,B510L延伸率不合的情况有了明显改善,大大提高了性能合格率。The problem of batch elongation unqualified of B510L steel for automobile crossbeam is analyzed throughmetallographic examination and other means. The cause of the elongation of B510L is low due to the rolling process ofcoiling temperature fluctuations caused by coiling temperature low position part of local steel coil, enter the bainitic trans-formation region, to strip local area of a certain amount of bainite and the rolling temperature is too high, the strip 1/4 sec-tion mixed crystals. In the production, by adopting the technical measures such as increasing the Nb content, improvingthe thickness of the intermediate billet and the coiling temperature accuracy, the B510L elongation has been obviouslyimproved, and the performance qualification rate has been greatly improved.
