摘 要:水泥工业是全球工业CO_2排放的大户之一,约占总量的5%。水泥工业减排CO_2,一是要研发推广低碳低钙新品种水泥,逐步减少传统波特兰水泥(OPC)的用量占比,现今已经研发成功正在推广完善的新类型水泥主要有贝利特(Belite)水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)、Solidia水泥、水化铝酸钙材料、矿物聚合胶凝材料(Geopolymers);二是要在维持水泥品质性能不变的前提下,研发推广多用32.5级低标号水泥,少用52.5级高标号水泥;三是要从水泥窑废气中捕集CO_2或是利用藻类光合作用吸取CO_2。按本路线图逐步推进,2040年世界水泥工业有望基本实现CO_2零排放目标。As one of main CO_2 emission sources, cement industry accounts for 5% of global industrial CO_2 emissions. To reduce the carbon emission of cement industry, three approaches are provided in the paper.Firstly, low carbon and low calcium cement should be researched and developed to gradually reduce the use of the ordinary Portland cement(OPC). Nowadays, some new types of cement, such as Belite cement,sulphoaluminate cement(CSA), Solidia cement, hydrated calcium aluminate materials,and mineral polymeric cementitious materials(Geopolymers), have been successfully developed, and is improved to be popularized. Secondly, on the premise of maintaining the quality of cement,32.5 grade cement should be developed and popularized to reduce the use of 52.5 grade cement. Thirdly, CO_2 from the waste gases in the cement kilns could be captured and collected or absorbed by the photosynthesis of the alga. According to the approaches mentioned in this paper, the global cement industry would nearly realize zero CO_2 emissions in 2040.
