构建中小微企业“立交桥”金融服务体系——以遂宁市中小微企业为例

摘　　要：中小微企业是我国实体经济重要组成部分,它们在提供就业、促进国民经济增长发挥了重要作用。但受自身原因和外部影响,导致中小微企业"融资难、融资贵"。为此,课题组成员在充分调研基础上,结合遂宁中小微企业现状,提出了"构建中小微企业‘立交桥’金融服务体系"的设想,希望能破解融资"瓶颈",从而推动中小微企业又好又快发展。The medium, small and micro-sized enterprises are the important parts of China＇s real economy. They play a significant role in providing employment and promoting national economic growth. However, because of their own reasons and external influences, it is very hard and expensive for them to raise fund. Thus, based on the full investigation by group members and combined with the current situation of the medium, small and micro-sized enterprises, we put forward the idea of constructing the “overpass bridge” financial services system for them in order to unlock the fund-raising bottleneck and promote fast and good development of the medium, small and micro-sized enterprises.
