福州市居民对基本公共卫生服务知晓率及满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓率及满意度情况。方法采用随机抽样法,在福州市5区7县(市)中随机各抽取2家社区卫生服务中心/乡镇卫生院,共24家单位,对所辖常驻居民进行面对面或电话代填式问卷调查。计数资料采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果居民对基本公共卫生服务总体知晓率为90.70%,各项目知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),预防接种知晓率较高为90.02%;居民知晓基本公共卫生知识的主要途径是经医务人员入户宣传占25.50%。居民总体满意度为87.56%,老年人群体满意度较高为91.23%,孕产妇、儿童家长等年轻群体满意度稍低为85.57%。结论福州市居民对基本公共卫生服务知晓率较高,但各项目知晓率差异较大,应加大宣传和普及;居民满意度仍有待提高,应加大政府投入,改善基层医疗服务环境和设施设备等硬件设施,加大对基层医务人员的培训,提升业务技术水平。Objective To investigate the awareness and satisfaction of basic public health service items among residents in Fuzhou Methods Using random sampling method, 2 community health service centers were randomly selected from 5 districts and 7 counties （cities） respectively in Fuzhou. The residents were surveyed by face to face or telephone in the 24 grass-roots health service unit. Count data usesZtest, P〈0.05 is considered statistically significant. ResuLts The overall awareness rate of basic public health services for residents was 90.70%. The awareness rate of each project was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The awareness rate of immunization （90.02%）is higher than the others. The main way for residents to know the basic public health knowledge is through the publicity of medical personnel （25.50%）. The overall satisfaction of the public health service was 87.56%. Satisfaction of the elderly group（91.23%） is higher than the young group （85.57%）. Conclusions Residents in Fuzhou have higher awareness of basic public health services. However, the awareness rate of each project varies greatly and publicity and popularization should be promoted. Residents satisfaction remains to be improved by increasing government investment and training of medical staffs.
