儿童鞍上蛛网膜囊肿治疗中神经内镜下脑室囊肿脑池造瘘术的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价儿童鞍上蛛网膜囊肿应用神经内镜下脑室囊肿脑池造瘘术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年12月至2016年12月收治的10例鞍上蛛网膜囊肿患儿应用神经内镜下脑室囊肿脑池造瘘术的治疗情况,分析其临床资料及影像学资料。结果 10例患儿术中均成功造瘘,术后临床症状均有明显改善,无死亡。手术前、后的双侧额角最大宽度比较无显著差异(P>0.05);而术后1月的囊肿大小为(25.2±3.5)mm,低于术前的(44.2±6.2)mm(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜下脑室囊肿脑池造瘘术用于治疗儿童鞍上蛛网膜囊肿,效果显著。Objective To evaluate the application value of ventricular cysl cerebral cistern oslomy under neuroendoscope on children with suprasellar arachnoid cysl. Methods The treatment data of 10 children with suprasellar arachnoid cysls treated with ventricular cysl cerebral cistern oslomy under neuroendoscope in our hospilal from December 2015 lo December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data and imaging data were analyzed. Results All lhe 10 children were successfully treated, and lhe clinical symptoms improved. There was no death. There was no significant differencebelweenlhemaximumwidlhoflhebilaleralforeheadbeforeandaflersurgery（ P〉0.05）.Thecyslsizewas（25.2士 3.5）mmin 1 monlhaflersurgery, whichwaslowerlhan（44.2±6.2）mmbeforesurgery （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ventricular cysl cerebral cistern oslomy under neuroendoscope on children with suprasellar arachnoid cysl is effective.
