摘　　要：目的总结急诊眼眶蜂窝组织炎患者的护理经验。方法以我院收拾的18例急诊眼眶蜂窝组织炎患者为例,总结患者术前、术中、术后的护理经验,观察患者的护理结果。结果 18例患者中有17例治愈,1例未治愈,治愈率为94.4%;患者住院时间为7~14 d;在随后1月,2月,半年回访中,患者瘢痕逐渐变淡,患者对恢复情况表示满意。结论全面、有效的围手术期护理是眼眶蜂窝组织炎患者急诊手术中不可或缺的重要措施,对确保患者手术成功、改善患者预后效果有重要意义。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of emergency orbital cellulitis patients. Methods A total of18 cases of emergency orbital cellulitis patients were selected. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing experience were summarized, the nursing results were observed. Results Of the 18 cases, 17 cases were cured and 1 case was not cured, and the cured rate was 94.4%; the average hospital stay was 7~14 d; in the follow up of 1, 2 moths and half one year, the scar of patients gradually fade, and patients expressed satisfaction with the recovery. Conclusion Comprehensive and effective perioperative nursing are the important measures in emergency orbital cellulitis patients, which has important significance in ensuring the success of operation and improving the prognosis of patients.
