摘 要:目的创建抗MRSA药物合理用药指标评价体系。方法使用文献分析法联合Delphi法,进行抗MRSA药物合理用药指标评价体系初步构建,分析相关结果。结果通过文献分析法得出3个一级指标与16个二级指标,Delphi法得出3个一级指标与15个二级指标。一级指标为药物使用指征、使用过程和最终使用结果,二级指标包含适应症、联合使用药物指征、医师权限、药物使用方式、药物使用时间、媒介选择、滴注时长、特殊注意项目、药物剂量、药物使用频率、治疗疗程、配伍禁忌、药物相互作用、患者临床症状、患者临床体征、病原学检查及实验室检查。首轮一、二级指标协调系数分别为0.390、0.391;第二轮一、二级指标协调系数分别为0.479和0.409(P<0.05)。结论使用文献分析法联合Delphi法构建抗MRSA药物合理用药指标评价体系,公允性较强,值得进一步推广。Objective To establish the evaluation system for rational drug use of anti-MRSA drugs. Methods Literature analysis method combined with Delphi method were used to establish the evaluation system for rational use of anti-MRSA drugs, the related results were analyzed. Results Literature analysis results showed three first indicators and 16 secondary indicators, while Delphi method results showed three first indicators and 15 secondary indicators. First indicators included drug use indications, drug use procedures and drug use results, while the secondary indications included indications, combined use indications of drug, physicians permissions, the way and time of drug use, medium selection, infusion time, special attention to projects, doses, frequency of drug use, treatment course, compatibility taboo, drug interaction, clinical symptoms and signs of patients, etiology examination and laboratory examination. In the first round, the coordination coefficients of the first and secondary indicators were respectively 0.390 and 0.391, which in the second round were 0.479 and0.409(P <0.05). Conclusion The evaluation system for rational drug use of anti-MRSA drugs established by literature analysis method combined with Delphi method has stronger fairness, which is worth further promotion.
