摘  要:目的分析微创颅内血肿清除术应用于高血压脑出血治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的72例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式其分为研究组(36例)与对照组(36例)。对照组患者给予开颅血肿清除术治疗,研究组患者给予微创颅内血肿清除术治疗。对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生率以及治疗效果。结果与对照组相比较,研究组患者的术中出血量更少,手术时间更短,并发症总发生率明显更低,且研究组患者的治愈率、治疗总有效率明显更高,无效率明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术应用于高血压脑出血治疗中的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of m inimally invasive intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and patients were divided into study group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was given craniotomy evacuation of hematoma, while the study group received minimally invasive intracranial hematoma. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, incidence of complications and treatment effect were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less, the operation time was shorter, the overall incidence of complications was lower, the cure rate and the total effective rate were higher, the inefficient rate was lower in the study group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma has remarkable effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, which is worth to be used in clinical treatment.
