综合护理干预对老年广泛性焦虑症患者病情及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预对老年广泛性焦虑症患者病情及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的老年广泛性焦虑症患者76例随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者实施基础护理,观察组患者采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑、PSQI和生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑、PSQI及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑、PSQI及生活质量评分均优于护理前,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年广泛性焦虑症患者给予综合护理干预可改善其焦虑情绪,促进患者睡眠质量和生活质量的提高,适合在临床上推广使用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the condition and quality of life in elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 76 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety, PSQI and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the anxiety, PSQI and quality of life scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the anxiety, PSQI and quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with generalized anxiety disorder can improve the patients＇ anxiety, and promote the improvement of sleep quality and quality of life, which is suitable for clinical application.
