芪苈强心胶囊与左西孟旦联合治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究芪苈强心胶囊与左西孟旦联合治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2016年2月于我院就诊的80例充血性心力衰竭患者,按照住院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用左西孟旦治疗,观察组采用芪苈强心胶囊与左西孟旦联合治疗。观察两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前、后的心功能。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的心功能明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果好,安全性高,可促进患者心功能恢复,具有极大的推广价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan on congestive heart failure. Methods Eighty cases of patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levosimendan, while the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule and levosimendan. The total effective rate of treatment and the cardiac function before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the cardiac functions of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of congestive heart failure has good effect and high safety, it can promote the cardiac function recovery of patients, which has great value to promote.
