摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理应用于功能性子宫出血患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的100例功能性子宫出血患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理。比较两组患者的生活质量评分及护理总满意率。结果护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均明显优于护理前,且观察组患者生活质量的评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于功能性子宫出血患者,可改善患者的预后效果及生活质量,有利于建立良好的护患关系,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention in the patients with functional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 100 patients with functional uterine bleeding who treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with humanized nursing. The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in the patients with functional uterine bleeding can improve the patients＇ prognosis effect and life quality, and it is beneficial to establish good relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
