摘 要:目的了解环氧乙烷灭菌器使用过程中产生的环氧乙烷水平和分布,确定职业病防治关键控制点。方法按照《工作场所空气中环氧化合物的测定方法》对某医院环氧乙烷灭菌器运行过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行检测。结果灭菌过程中空气中环氧乙烷浓度为0.01 mg/m^3;灭菌完成后打开炉门至处理灭菌包完毕过程中空气中环氧乙烷浓度为0.82 mg/m^3,灭菌房内空气中环氧乙烷残留量达2.56 mg/m^3;灭菌后抽风0.5 h后,灭菌包内环氧乙烷残留量达142.59 mg/m^3;灭菌后抽风2 h后,检测灭菌包内环氧乙烷残留量为45.58 mg/m^3。结论护士处理灭菌包时接触环氧乙烷浓度超标,关键控制点为取件、灭菌包处理操作及设备事故状态。Objective To understand the level and distribution of ethylene oxide (EO) in the process of ethylene oxide sterilizer, to indentify the critical control points of occupational hazards.Methods Concentrations of EO were determined according to Methods for determination of epoxy compounds in the air of work place.Results EO concentration in the air of the sterilization process was 0.01 mg/m^3. EO concentration in the air of the packaging process was 0.82mg/m^3. EO residues of the sterilization room was 2.56 g/m^3. After 0.5h ventilation, EO concentration was 142.59 mg/m^3 in the package. After 2h ventilation, EO concentration was 45.58 mg/m^3. Conclusion EO concentration detected in the packaging process is higher than its occupational exposure limit. The critical points in the sterilization process include delivery, package and e- mergency condition.
