摘 要:目的全面掌握潍坊市5年来洁净厂房建筑卫生质量,指导其持续改进,保证企业生产场所和产品合格,保护消费者身体健康。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,选择近5年来新建、改建、扩建的洁净厂房,按照《洁净厂房设计规范》(GB 50073-2013)指标要求,对所有厂房进行现场检测。结果 5年来累计检测洁净厂房样品1 434个,温、湿度指标合格率为90.38%;悬浮粒子合格率为95.05%,静压差和换气次数合格率在92.00%以上。空气沉降菌平均浓度合格率百级和十万级分别为98.12%和99.44%。工作台和设备表面细菌总数合格率为89.52%。结论洁净厂房空气沉降菌浓度、悬浮粒子合格率逐年增高。静压差、换气次数合格率较高,噪声和台面细菌总数合格率未达到100.00%;洁净厂房的消毒管理需要进一步加强和改进。Objective For a comprehensive grasp of our city clean workshop building sanitary quality in five years, to guide the continuous improvement, ensure enterprise production sites and qualified product, protect consumers' health . Methods Through on-the-spot sampling method, the choice for nearly five years of the building, rebuilding and expan- sion of clean workshop, in accordance with the Clean plant design specifications GB 50073-2013 index requirements, on- site testing were appled in all plant.Results Five years accumulative total testing samples of clean workshop was 1 434, temperature and humidity index percent of pass rate was 90.38% ; suspended particles percent of pass rate was 95.05%, the static pressure difference and ventilation rate was more than 92% .Settlement of air bacteria average concentration pass rate of hundred and thousand was 98.12% and 99.44% respectively. The workbench and equipment surface bacteria percent of pass rate was 89.52%. Conclusion Clean workshop air subsidence bacteria concentration, suspended particles qualified rate increase year by year. Static pressure difference and high qualified rate of air changes; noise and mesa total qualified rate of bacteria have not reached 100% ; sterilization management of the clean workshop need to further strengthen and im- prove.
