摘 要:目的用离子色谱法检测白山市自来水中亚氯酸盐含量,了解本市二氧化氯消毒产生的消毒副产物亚氯酸盐污染现状。方法水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用离子色谱法直接进样检测,电导检测器,以相对保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法在0.05~0.50 mg/L范围内有较好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。样品加标平均回收率为95.5%~96.7%,精密度为0.27%~1.15%,检出限为2.4μg/L。白山市内自来水共检测亚氯酸盐111份,含量均在0.01~0.20 mg/L之间。结论离子色谱法检测生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐方法可靠,回收率好。检测白山市生活饮用水中消毒副产物亚氯酸盐含量均在国家标准范围内,白山市自来水二氧化氯消毒后饮用相对安全。Objective With ion chromatography to detect the contents of Baishan city tap water of chlorite, to understand the city of chlorine dioxide disinfection by-products chlorite pollution status quo.nethods Water samples after 0.22 Ixm filter membrane filtration, detected with ion chromatography detection, conductivity detector, with relative retention time, peak area for quantitative.Results The method in the range of 0.05-0.50 mg/L there was better linear relation, r = 0.999 9.With respect to sample the average recovery was 95.5%-96.7% ,Precision was 0.27%-1.15% ,the detection limit was 2. 4 p^g/L.Baishan city tap water detected within chlorite, 111 samples, content were between 0.01-0.20 mg/L.Conclusion Drinking water chlorite ion chromatography detection method is reliable, good recovery rate.Detection of Baishan disinfection by-products chlorite in drinking water are within the scope of the national standard, Baishan city tap water chlorine dioxide disinfection for drinking is relatively safe.
