摘 要:目的评价卫生应急管理在线培训效果。方法利用云平台人机对话和面对面两种培训方式对280名卫生应急人员进行卫生应急管理知识及突发公共卫生事件关键进行培训,统计分析考试成绩。结果面授组及格率44.29%,在线培训组及格率59.29%,在线培训的成绩优于传统的面对面培训,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在线培训作为一种新的培训形式,具有不受时间和地点的限制,自助式、易组织、成本低和培训内容快速传播等优势,是适合当今卫生应急人员日常培训的一个重要方式,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of online training and traditional face-to-face training model for health emergency managers.Methods 280 health emergency personnel trainees received an online training or face-to-face train- ing on the health emergency knowledge and key technologies. The assessment of the online training model was made by closed-book exam.Results The acceptance rate was 44.29%,and the online training group was 59.29%, the score of on- line training test was significantly higher than that of face-to-face training (P〈0.05).Conclusion The online training as a new form of training model and method of improving emergency personnel capabilities is feasible and effective, which has the advantages such as not limited by time and place, self-service, easy to organize, low cost and rapid spread of training content. As an important way of emergency personnel daily training, online training deserves to be used and developed.
