摘　　要：随着生产技术的快速进步和经济的快速发展,人们对消费品的需求日益增多。消费品安全事故频繁发生,是各国政府关注的重点问题之一。欧盟通过建立完善的消费品安全法规和标准体系,构建有效的消费品安全监管体制,对于消费品安全事故的减少,消费者人身健康的保障起到了积极的作用。With the rapid development of production technology and rapid economic development, the demand for consumer product is increasing. The consumer product safety is one of the key concerns of governments, because of the frequent accidents of consumer product. The EU has a well-established system consisting of lows, regulations, and standards, and an effective implementation system for consumer product safety, which played a positive role in reducing the safety accidents and protecting health of consumer.
