摘　　要：以体育立法为背景,首先将建国以来我国体育法制建立进程划分成一些不同的发展阶段,然后对我国体育法制建设进行了探讨,在对问题进行深刻分析的基础上提出对策。《体育法》实施至今经历了20多年,或多或少与现代体育事业相冲突,应尽快实施修改,同时加强同国际领域的体育合作,使我国体育法制建设进入一个全新的体育法制时代。This article takes the sports legislation as the background prototype, firstly dividing the sports legal system estab- lishment process of our country into several different development stages since the founding of the PRC, then discussing the legal system construction of sports in our country. It is followed by Scientific analysis on the basis of the problem. It is be- lieved that the ＂Sports Law＂ has been implemented more than 20 years, which more or less conflict with the modern sports. Therefore, amendments should be implemented as soon as possible while it is important to strengthen the field of international sports cooperation, leading legal system construction into a new era of sports law.
