摘 要:试验旨在研究青贮黄梁木不同比例替代青贮全株玉米对育肥期乐至黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取体重为(21.07±4.05)kg的5月龄乐至黑山羊公羔45只,随机分为3组,每组15只。对照组每天饲喂基础饲粮,试验组每天用青贮黄梁木分别按比例替代25%和50%青贮全株玉米。预饲期10 d,正式期40 d。结果显示:(1)青贮黄梁木不同比例替代青贮全株玉米极显著提高了育肥期乐至黑山羊的平均日采食量(P<0.01),极显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.01);50%青贮黄梁木替代组显著降低了料肉比(P<0.05)。(2)青贮黄梁木不同比例替代青贮全株玉米显著提高了育肥期乐至黑山羊的肩宽(P<0.05),50%青贮黄梁木替代组显著增加了眼肌面积(P<0.05),对其余屠宰指标均无不良影响。(3)青贮黄梁木不同比例替代青贮全株玉米显著降低了育肥期乐至黑山羊羊肉的失水率(P<0.05),极显著降低了苯丙氨酸的含量(P<0.01),50%青贮黄梁木替代组显著提高了苏氨酸和赖氨酸的含量(P<0.05)。结果表明,青贮黄梁木不同比例替代青贮全株玉米对育肥期乐至黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质有一定的提高作用,本试验条件下,以青贮黄梁木50%替代青贮全株玉米的效果较优。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different proportion silage Anthoeepha- lus ehinensis substitute silage corn on growth performance, slaughter performance and meal quality of Lezhi Black goat in fattening period. Forty five male 5-month-old lambs of l,ezhi Black goat with the similar initial body weight of (21.07±4.05) kg were randomly divided into three groups with fifteen lambs in each group. Coats in control group were fed a basal diet, and the test groups were replaced with silage Anthocephalus chinensis by 25% and 50% silage whole plant eorn, respectively. 10 days for adaptation and 40 days for sampling. The results were as follows: (1) Silage Anthocephalus chinenly increased during the formal test(P〈0.01): 50% Anthoeephalus ehinensis replacement group sig- nificantly reduced feed eonversion ratio(P〈0.05). (2) Silage Anthoeephalus chinensis in different proportions instead of silage maize significantly increased the shoulder breadth(P〈0.05); 50% si- lage Anthoeephalus ehinensis replacement group significantly increased the eye muscle area(P〈0.05), the remaining slaughtering indicators were not ad- versely affected. (3) Silage Anthocephalus chinensis in different proportions instead of silage maize sig- nificantly reduced the water loss rate of the Lezhi black goat's lamb(P〈0.05); significantly reduced the content of phenylalanine(P〈0.01). At the same time, the content of threonine and lysine was significant- ly improved in 50% silage Anthocephalus chinensis substitute group(P〈0.05). It was concluded that dif- ferent proportion silage Anthocephalus chinensis substituted silage whole plant corn can improve growth development, slaughter performance and meat quality of Lezhi black goat in fattening period to some extent, and the best amount of substitution was 50%.
