摘 要:采用压力溶弹消解样品,通过基体匹配法消除基体的干扰,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定FCC平衡催化剂中的镍、钒含量,优化了仪器测定条件,考察了该方法的精密度和准确度,并对实际试样的测定结果进行了比较分析。实验结果表明,在测量范围内,镍、钒元素均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.999 9。重复测定6次催化剂样品,镍、钒元素的相对标准偏差分别为0.618%和0.974%,加标回收率均在96%~105%之间。实际试样测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3%。Nickel and vanadium contents in FCC equilibrium catalyst were determined using the samples digested in pressure tank with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry while eliminating the matrix interference by matrix matching method, the determination conditions of instruments were optimized, the precision and accuracy of this technique were studied, and the determination results of actual samples were compared and analyzed. The results of experiment have shown that good linear relationship exists for nickel or vanadium in the range of determination with the correlation coefficient being as high as 0. 999 9. The catalyst samples were determined for 6 times. The relative standard deviation are 0. 618% and 0. 974% for nickel and vanadium respectively, and the recovery of standard addition was 96% to 105% for both elements. The relative standard deviation of the determination results of actual sample was 3% for both elements.
