摘 要:以浙江省城市环卫工人为代表性样本,运用结构方程模型研究其潜在的职场流动机制,以求为解决城市化快速进程中出现的职业困境和社会问题提供管理参考。分析发现:环卫工人对其职场采用的是伞状评价模式,组织支持感为其轴心变量、社会认同感、职业认同感为辅助变量,组织支持感比职场态度对于离职意愿的影响更强。这些勾画了城市环卫工人的潜在岗位流动性成因。应当改善劳动力市场中环卫职业的边缘化和低端化的特征,让从业人员爱岗敬业,成为维护城市清洁、城市面貌的中坚力量。The urban sanitation workers in Zhejiang Province were taken as a representative sample to provide decision - making reference for solve appearing social issues and career dilemma in the situation of rapid develop- ment of city. This analysis found that the sanitation workers took umbrella evaluation model for their workplace ; in the model the organizational support was its axial variable, social identity and career identity were accessorial variables, organizational support had more influential power on the turnover intention than workplace attitude. These explained why urban sanitation positions existed higher mobility. Thus, we need to improve the pattern of marginalization and low end of the sanitation occupations in labor market, so that employees can love their job to maintain the city clean and urban ]nnrl~,-~n,~
