杏林湾水库浮游动物群落多样性的研究

摘　　要：1999年 12月至 2 0 0 1年 2月期间 ,对杏林湾水库浮游动物进行了 8次调查 ,经鉴定共有浮游动物 15 0种 ,大部分是淡水种类 .经Berger Parker优势度指数测定 ,主要优势种为淡水筒壳虫 (Tintinnidi um fluviatile)、大弹跳虫 (Halteriagrandinella )、多刺裸腹蚤 (Moinamacrocopa)、萼花臂尾轮虫 (Bra chionuscalyciflorus) ,针簇多肢轮虫 (Polyarthratrigla )、球状许水蚤 (Schmackeriafoubesi)、绥芬跛足猛水蚤 (Mesochrasuifunensis)等 ,经过Shannon Wiener多样性指数的统计分析 ,6 # 站点和 1# 站点Shannon Wiener指数较低 。The zooplankton community and its diversity of in Xinglin bay Reservoir have been studied.The results show that there are 150 species of zooplankton there.the dominant species of zooplankton were Tintinnidium fluviatile,Halteria grandinella,Moina macrocopa.Brachiomus calyciflorus,Polyarthra trigla,Schmackeria foubesi,Mesochra suifunensis .The diversity showed difference in every sampling stations in Xinglin Bay reservoir.The diversity in Xinglin bay Reservoir were lower, the diversity change was caused by natural and anthropogenica factors.
