摘　　要：文章概述了影响社区医院建设项目选址的主要因素,研究了社区医院建设项目选址综合评价指标体系,并引入了层次分析法及灰色评价理论,构建了社区医院选址综合评价模型,并针对具体工程进行实证计算分析,验证了指标体系及模型的适用性。为选址决策的合理性提供了科学有效的评价,为我国社区医院建设项目的选址提供参考。The article summarizes the main factors that affect the site selection of community hospital construction projects, studies the comprehensive evaluation index system of community hospital construction project site selection, and introduces the analytic hierarchy process and gray evaluation theory, constructs the community hospital comprehensive evaluation model, and verifies the applicability of the index system and model by empirical calculation of specific project. Provides a scientific and effective evaluation for the rationality of site selection decision, and reference for the site selection of community hospital construction projects in China.Keywords： Community hospital; Site selection; Gray comprehensive evaluation; Analytic hierarchy process
