摘　　要：对血液透析病人首选的血管通路即动静脉内瘘的自我护理行为现状、影响因素、测量工具、干预方法等进行综述,以提高护理人员对血液透析病人血管通路的关注,进而提高血液透析病人动静脉内瘘的自我护理能力,延长动静脉内瘘使用寿命。It reviewed the status quo of self-care behaviors,influencing factors,measuring tools and intervention methods for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,in order to improve the care of vascular access in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,and then improve the self-care ability of hemodialysis patients,and prolong the service life of arteriovenous fistula.
