老年轻度认知障碍病人自我感受负担现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查长沙市某三级医院老年轻度认知障碍(MCI)病人自我感受负担情况并分析其影响因素。[方法]应用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、自我感受负担量表(SPB)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)对长沙市某三级甲等医院110例老年MCI病人进行调查分析。[结果]自我感受负担总分为32.72分±1.15分,其无明显负担为23例(20.90%),轻中度负担为74例(76.27%),重度负担13例(11.82%)。多元回归分析显示病人疾病数量、照顾者情况、认知功能得分、日常生活活动能力是老年MCI病人自我感受负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]老年MCI病人认知功能较差的病人其自我感受负担较重,医护人员应加强对病人进行综合性治疗和护理,减轻病人自我感受负担,提高病人认知功能,改善其身心健康。Objective:To investigate the self perceived burden of elderly MCI patients in a general third grade A hospital in Changsha and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 110 cases of elderly patients with MCI were investigated by using mini mental state examination(MMSE),self-perceived burden scale(SPB)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)in a general third grade A hospital in Changsha.Results:The total score of self perceived burden was 32.72±1.15,there were 23 cases without obvious burden(20.90%),74 cases with mild to moderate burden(76.27%),13 cases with severe burden(11.82%).Multiple regression analysis showed that the number of patients,caregivers,cognitive function score and activities of daily living were the influence of self perceived burden of elderly patients with MCI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly MCI patients with poor cognitive function had heavier self perceived burden,so medical staff should strengthen the comprehensive treatment and nursing of patients,reduce the self perceived burden of patients,improve the cognitive function of patients and improve their physical and mental health.
