中医品管圈对肠易激综合征护理质量及患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医特色品管圈的建立对肠易激综合征的影响.方法 将该科12名护理人员建成一支品管圈小组,由科室护士长担任组长,完善肠易激综合征中医护理管理制度和工作流程,提高药物安全用药意识,以及对小组成员进行常规与强化相结合的消化内科中医方面专业知识培训.结果 品管圈可以有效提高护理人员对肠易激综合征的认知,改善药物的使用差错和疾病复发率,辨证施护组在改善生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、健康变化等生活质量优于常规护理组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）.结论 中医特色品管圈的实施,提高了护理质量,保证了用药安全,更好地改善了患者的生活质量.Objective To explore the effect of the establishment of the characteristic quality management cir-cle of TCM on the irritable bowel syndrome. Methods The 12 nursing personnel of this department formed a team of quality control circle. The head nurse of department held the post of team leader to improve the traditional Chinese medi-cine nursing management system and working procedure of irritable bowel syndrome, improve the awareness of safety medication. In addition, the combination of conventional and strengthened professional knowledge training about tradi-tional Chinese medicine in gastroenterology department was conducted to the team members. Results The quality con-trol circle could effectively improve nursing staff＇s cognition （P〈0. 01）, drug use error （P〈0. 01） and disease recur-rence rate （P〈0. 05）. The improvement of quality of life reflected in the improvement of physiological functions, phys-ical pain, overall health, life, social function, emotional function, health change was better than conventional nursing group （ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions The implementation of TCM characteristic product management circle, improve the nursing quality, ensure the safety of medication, better improve the quality of life of patients.
