摘　　要：在"两学一做"的专题教育背景下,高校党员的常态化教育在高校党建过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,在习近平系列重要讲话精神中贯彻的就是从严治党的主要教育思想,这在当代高校党员教育中是能够发挥重要的理想信念的。本文主要就"两学一做"专题教育背景下高校党员的常态化教育进行探讨。Under the background of the themed education of＂Party Building Studies＂, the normalized education of Partymembers in colleges and universities plays an increasingly im-portant role in the process of party building in colleges and uni-versities. What should be implemented in the spirit of the serialimportant speeches made by Xi Jinping is the educational thoughtof strengthening Party discipline, which helps to establish theideal and belief of contemporary Party members in colleges anduniversities. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the normal-ized education of Party members in colleges and universities un-der the background of the themed education of ＂Party BuildingStudies＂.
