摘  要:高校干部培训是促进干部成长、建设高素质干部队伍的迫切需要。本文首先总结出高校干部培训绩效评估的价值能力,然后分析绩效评估存在的问题,最后归纳出绩效评估的几大创新路径,为高校干部培训工作的健康发展提供了保障。Cadres training in colleges and universities is the ur-gent need of promoting cadres' growth and building cadres' rankswith high quality. Scientific and effective performance evaluationis the powerful guarantee of cadres training. First of all, this papersums up the important significance of evaluation for cadres'training performance in colleges and universities, and then ana-lyzes the problems existing in college cadres' training perfor-mance evaluation. The last, this paper induces several major in-novation paths of cadres' training performance evaluation. Thesemeasures provide security for the healthy development of cadres'education and training work.
