摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断发展以及弹性学分制的实行,闲暇成为大学生活的重要组成部分。闲暇教育可以帮助大学生确立正确的闲暇价值观,让他们能够更好地理解和认识自我,并促进个性全面发展,提高闲暇生活的质量,重新认识生命的意义。因此,对闲暇教育心理价值的探究,正是为促进大学生心理健康寻求新的视角和载体的一种积极尝试。With the continuous development of higher educationreform and the implementation of flexible credit system, leisurehas become an important part of college life. Leisure educationcan help college students to establish the correct value of leisure,so that they can better understand and recognize themselves, andpromote the all-round development of personality, improve thequality of leisure life, and be able to regain the meaning of life.Therefore, the exploration of the psychological value of leisure e-ducation is just a positive attempt to seek a new perspective andcarrier to promote the psychological health of college students.
