妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸对老年卵巢囊肿患者血清NO、TNF-α及性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗老年卵巢囊肿的临床疗效及对患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、性激素水平的影响。方法:将2015年1月-2016年10月来我院就诊的107例老年卵巢囊肿患者按照随机数表字法分成观察组(54例)和对照组(53例)。对照组患者口服妇科千金胶囊进行治疗,观察组患者口服妇科千金胶囊和桂枝茯苓丸联合治疗。观察治疗前后患者血清NO,TNF-α以及患者性激素水平,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%明显高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05)。两组患者血清NO、TNF-α、雌二醇(E2),促黄体生成素(LH),促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平在治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者血清NO、TNF-α、E2水平均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时两组LH、FSH水平显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗老年卵巢囊肿患者临床疗效显著,能够调节患者血清NO、TNF-α以及性激素水平,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect ofFuke Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling Wan on serum nitric oxide （NO）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and sex hormone levels in patients with senile ovarian cyst. Methods： 107 cases of patients with senile ovarian cyst treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were divided into observation group （54 cases） and control group （53 cases） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with oral Fuke Qianjin capsules, while the observation group was treated with oral Fuke Qianjin capsules and Guizhi Fuling Wan. The serum NO, TNF-α and sex hormone levels were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, significantly higher than 81.13% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum NO, TNF-α, estradiol （E2）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） levels of the patients （P〉0.05）. After treatment,the serum NO, TNF-α, E2 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group Were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; while the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling Wan has significant clinical efficacy on patients with senile ovarian cyst, which can regulate the serum levels of NO, TNF-α and sex hormone, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
