摘　　要：人类与湿地共生发展,孕育并传承了多样的湿地文化。湿地文化不仅具有明显的地域特征,而且在丰富人类社会精神文明和促进人与自然和谐发展方面具有积极作用。哈尔滨市的湿地文化具有资源丰富、积淀厚重和时段性显著的特征。保护与合理利用哈尔滨市的湿地资源、开发具有地域文化特色的湿地生态旅游是传承和弘扬哈尔滨市湿地文化的主要方式。Several of wetland culture had been pregnant with the intergrowth development of human-beings and the wetlands. The essence of wetland culture with geographical features not only could enrich the social spiritual civilization, but also could realize harmonious development of human-beings and nature. Wetland culture of Harbin city has several characteristic advantages, such as abundant of resources, rich of historical heritage and various with time. So, the correct way to inherit and promote wetland culture of Harbin city is to protect the wetlands rationally and fully excavate wetland ecotourism of local cultural characteristics in Harbin city.
