摘　　要：目的了解河北省石家庄市居民个人饮水习惯和饮水量。方法采用调查问卷的形式,2012年6月在石家庄市8个社区对1 289名成年居民饮水量及饮水习惯进行调查。结果当地居民日常饮水以煮沸的自来水为主,调查对象平均每日直接饮水1 656 m L,略高于中国营养学会推荐的最低日饮水量1 200 m L[1]。不同年龄段人群饮水量不同,总体趋势是中年人饮水量高;在家的老年人饮水量也高;男性饮水量大于女性,且差异均具有统计学意义。居民饮用的桶装水以纯净水和矿泉水为主;80%以上能一周内能饮用完。结论调查地区成年居民主要饮用煮沸的自来水,每日平均直接饮水量为1 656 m L。Objective To understand the personal drinking water consumption habits a nd the volume of personal daily drinking in Shijiazhuang. Methods This study wa s carried out in June 2 0 1 2 using questionnaires to investigate the residential water intakes and habits. Questionnaires were distributed in 8 communities and included 1 289 adult residents. Results T h e main source of daily drinking water for local residents was boiled tap water. The average volume of daily drinking water is 1 656 mL, higher than the recommended minimum daily drinking water intake of 1 200 mL by Chinese Nutrition Society. Different age groups also displayed different drinking water consumption habits. The overall trend shows that the middle-aged tend to drink more water; the elderly also tend to drink more water at home. Moreover, male tend to drink more water than female, and the difference shows statistical significance. Barreled pure water and barreled mineral water were the main types of barreled water consumed by residents for drinking purpose and 80% barreled water could be completely consumed within one week. Conclusion The drinking water of adult residents in the survey area was boiled tap water, and the average daily water intake is1 556 mL.
