摘　　要：采用实证分析方法,本文探讨中国行业协会承接政府职能转移的职能结构,即会员服务和宏观管理。然后将行业协会划分为企业导向型和政府导向型两种类型,进而分析两种类型协会的职能维度结构差异。结果表明两种类型的行业协会都具有相同维度结构。在宏观管理因子上,政府导向型协会比企业导向型协会的影响程度普遍要高。在会员服务因子上,两种协会表现出明显差异。The paper adopts the method of empirical analysis to discuss the function structure of government function transfer,namely member service and macro management. Then the research divides the business association into enterprise-oriented and government-oriented types,and further analyzes the functional dimension structure differences. The results reveal that both types of associations have the same dimension structure. From the macro management factor,the government-oriented associations have higher impaction than the enterprise-oriented in generally; while from the member service factor,two types of associations differ significantly.
