169例难治性高血压病因回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的研究在高血压专科住院的难治性高血压患者病因分布情况,并对其进行综合分析。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2016年11月徐州市中心医院心内科高血压病房收治的169例难治性高血压患者临床资料。结果在这169例难治性高血压患者中,男性占63.3%,女性占36.7%。其中原发性占37.9%,继发性占62.1%。在继发性难治性高血压中,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征占第一位,原发性醛固酮增多症占第二位,肾血管性占第三位,肾实质性占第四位。结论合理运用现代高血压理论专业知识、学科定义和相适应的诊断技术,大部分难治性高血压都能找到病因,难治性高血压中继发原因应为首要考虑因素。Objective To study and analyze the etiological distribution of resistant hypertension in patients admitted to hypertension specialized ward. Methods The clinical data of 169 patients with resistant hypertension from January 2013 to November 2016 admitted to hypertension specialized ward in Xuzhou Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 63.3% of the 169 cases were male and 36.7% were female. 37.9% were primary and 62.1% were secondary. In secondary resistant hypertension, the first was obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom, the second was primary aldosteronism, renovascular accounted for the third and renal accounted for the fourth place. Conclusion With modern theory of hypertension knowledge, the definition of the subject and the appropriate diagnostic techniques, most of the resistant hypertension can find the etiology. Secondary causes of resistant hypertension should be the primary factor.
