摘  要:目的探析儿童社区获得性肺炎中嗜肺军团菌(Lp)感染的临床情况。方法收集2016年2月—2017年5月收治的360例14岁以下社区获得性肺炎患儿进行研究,采用血清学检测法对患儿血清特异性Ig G抗体进行检测,采用Lp核算检测法(PCR-荧光探针法)对Lp特异性DNA片段进行检测。结果 360例患儿中,ELISA-Ig G检测呈阳性13例,PCR-荧光探针法检测呈阳性15例。总阳性数17例(4.7%)。<1岁者0例,1~3岁者2例,3~7岁者7例,7~14岁者8例;2016年6月—2016年8月发病9例,2016年9—2016年11月发病6例,2016年12月—2017年5月发病2例。结论在儿童社区获得性肺炎中,嗜肺军团菌发挥着一定的病原学作用,且随着年龄的不断增长,感染几率越来越高,多见于夏秋气温较高的时候,应尽早诊断,积极治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical status of Legionella pneumophila (Lp) infection in community acquired pneumonia in children. Methods In our hospital, 360 patients under 14 years old with community-acquired pneumonia were studied from February 2016 to May 2017. The serological detection method was used to detect the serum specific IgG antibody and Lp specific DNA fragments were detected by Lp accounting method (PCR- fluorescence probe method). Results Among the 360 cases, 13 cases were tested positive for ELISA- IgG, and 15 cases were positive for PCR- fluorescence probe method.17 cases (4.7%) were positive. 〈 1 year olds had 0 cases, 2 cases of 1 to 3 years old, 7 cases of 3 to 7 years old, 8 cases of 7 to 14 years old; there were 9 cases from June 2016 to August 2016, 6 cases from September 2016 to November 2016, and 2 cases from December 2016 to May 2017. Conclusion Community acquired pneumonia in children, Legionella pneumophila plays a pathogenic role, and with the increasing of age, the infection rate is higher and higher, while in the summer high temperature, should be early diagnosis, active treatment.
