手法通乳联合中药内服治疗早期急性乳腺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察手法通乳联合中药内服治疗早期急性乳腺炎(气滞热壅证)的临床效果。方法选取我院传统内科及中医护理门诊就诊的早期急性乳腺炎(气滞热壅证)患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例,对照组采用内服中药治疗,干预组在对照组基础上加用手法通乳治疗,每日1次,每次30~40 min,5天1个疗程。比较两组患者总有效率及肿块消退时间。结果总有效率对比,干预组(100.0%)优于对照组(83.3%),且干预组肿块消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法通乳联合中药内服治疗早期急性乳腺炎(气滞热壅证)具有较好效果,疗程短,操作简单。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine for acute mastitis （pattern of qi stagnation and heat congestion）. Methods 60 cases of early acute mastitis （pattern of qi stagnation and heat stagnation） were selected from the traditional Chinese medicine department and the nursing clinic of TCM. They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine treatment. The intervention group was treated with manipulative promoting lactation therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine promoting lactation, 1 times per day, 30 to 40 min. 5 days for 1 courses. The total effective rate and mass extinction time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 100.0%, better than that of the control group of 83.3%, and the mass extinction time of intervention group was shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Manipulation therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine for acute mastitis （pattern of qi stagnation and heat congestion） has a good effect, a short course of treatment, simple operation.
